
During all this time spent at home, I decided to get back to working out consistently. It feels so good to get moving, especially when I’m not leaving the house much lately. Today I’m sharing what items I like using for home workouts, what I’ve been doing, and my favorite green smoothie recipe.
For at home workouts, I really love the BBG program on the Sweat app. I find it easy to follow and it gives you a really good workout in a short amount of time, and you can do it anywhere with minimal equipment. Most of the time, I only use these dumbbells and these resistance bands. I also really like YouTube workouts. I’ve been doing a lot of cardio dance workouts. They’re so much fun and there are tons to choose from.
My favorite leggings to wear are from Zella and Lululemon. I love my APL sneakers and they’re so comfortable! These Adidas ones are some of my favorites too. Keeping my hair out of my face is a must, and these silk ones do the job without damaging my hair.

Green Smoothie Recipe
I love this smoothie recipe. Its quick and easy and a great way to get in some extra greens! I don’t use exact measurements for everything, but I do fill it almost all the way with spinach.
What you will need:
Almond milk
Spinach
Olly Protein powder (1-2 scoops)
Frozen strawberries (2)
Almond butter (1 tbsp)
Chia seeds (1 tbsp)
Vital Proteins Collagen (1 scoop)
